Hallo everyone, at this time I will discuss about my vacation in early 2015 to Pari Island. I vacationed in Pari Island with my classmates. We took the package 2 days 1 night only. Why we chose to vacation there? because the cost of a vacation to the island of Pari cheap enough for the students as we were just spent money to pay for college. LOL :D

Pari Island is also not so far from our residence, Pari Island is located in the thousand islands. The Thousand Islands (officially Kepulauan Seribu) are a chain of islands to the north of Jakartas coast. It forms the only regency of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. It consists of a string of 110 islands stretching 45 km (28 mi) north into the Java Sea at West Jakarta Bay and in fact north of Banten Province. A decree states that 36 islands may be used for recreation. Of these 36 islands, only 13 islands are fully developed: 11 islands are homes to resorts and two islands are historic parks. Twenty-three islands are privately owned and are not open to the public.The rest of the islands are either uninhabited or support a fishing village.
Besides Pari Island, in the Thousand Islands are 11 islands that you can visit there,
for example, Tidung Island, Semak Daun Island, Bira Island, Harapan Island, Bidadari Island, Pramuka Island, Anyer Island, Kotok Island, Putri Island, Sepa Island, and Pantara Island. But I will discuss Pari Island only.

In this Pari island than to enjoy the charm of white sandy beaches heady dreams, there is also a seaweed cultivation that can be visited. Snorkeling, diving, sauntering among the soft sand. All can be done in this one beautiful island.

At 24 - 25 January 2015, me wand my classmates vacationed to Pari Island using a travel agent. Our journey starts from Muara Angke the usual muddy and smelly. Our meeting point is sevel near our campus. For those who bring personal vehicles around this area there are also special parking location for tourists. Once assembled, we went straight to the boat that will take us to Pari Island. 7 hours through the ship left, the distance pretty close approximately less than 2 hours, and thank God when the normal wave of sea water so that the smooth and safe trip. Arriving on pari island, we rushed to the homestay. After the division of the room, and cleared, we were cycling to the coast of the Virgin, the favorite beach on the island of Pari. The beach was beautiful and relatively clean. The water is clear blue with white sand and a row of mangrove trees. Along the coast there are gazebos and swings that can be used by tourists for a short rest while treated to beautiful scenery typical of this coast. Also on the beach we can try a variety of water rides. This beach entry fee 3000 / person and 10,000 / person if setting up a tent. The beach is a very strategic location of the camp.

Once content to play fun on the beach Virgin, we are back pedaling our bikes to the homestay for lunch and prayer. We re getting ready to snorkel. For the location of our snorkeling boat guided by a tour guide. After about a half hour drive, we arrived snorkeling location. Snorkeling feels not too fit describe our activities, rather lapping-splashing at the water surface because most of us do not know how to swim. And I did not know how to swim, and just sit on the boat, I feel scared when I tried to get into the sea. After Snorkeling, we hurried after sunset. The road to the location resembles the tunnel flanked by mangrove trees. Although it looks much, beautiful sunset, blend orange sky and silhouettes of fishing boats and the appearance spur Long Island in the distance. After sunset was perfect, we go back to the homestay for bathing, prayers, and eating. Dinner served is rice, fried chicken, anchovies, vegetable, and watermelon. Finished dinner, we returned to the virgin beaches to see the atmosphere of the beach night, chatting leisurely and barbeque. Night began to dissolve. We went back pedaling our bikes to the homestay to rest, prepare the stamina for the next days activities.
The second day of activities, we play with starfish on the beach, enjoy the scenery around the island and during the day we had rushed to get back home. We really enjoyed our 2-day vacation on the Pari Island, a lot of stories and experiences to be there.
