Native Phone app is not showing up in Settings Apps on my Galaxy S9
I have a voicemail notification that I want to delete, and one way of doing it is deleting the cache in Settings/Apps/Phone. But oddly the Phone app (and also Weather) is the only app that is not showing up in the menu. Anybody can figure out why?
P.S. The Phone app is working fine, is just strange that is not on the settings menu.
